Submission incomplete:
The DOE in section E.3 of the verification report mentions that the flare barely operated during the present monitoring period and the equipment used to monitor its operation are not properly calibrated, no CERs due to its operation are claimed. However, it is observed in the emissions reduction spreadsheet that the methane destroyed by the Flare has been accounted in the calculations of the baseline emissions. The DOE shall provide further information.
