Scope: The monitoring report does not contain a description of the equipment used to monitor each parameter including details on accuracy class and calibration information (frequency, dates of calibration and validity) as specified by the monitoring methodology and the monitoring plan. Issue:The MR and VR have reported that calibration certificates of electric meters have been carried out on 01/06/2012 and 31/05/2013 by Sichuan Electric Power Research Institute. However it is not clear how the DOE has verified that the calibration covers the whole monitoring period (10/04/2010-13/09/2013)
