1: Scope: The revised PDD does not contain a description of the corrections to project information and specify how it is in accordance with Appendix 1 of the Project Standard (PS v1, para 209)
Issue: The change of the substation that the project activity is connected to cannot be considered corrections as the connection is physically altered; it should be considered "Changes to the project design of a registered project activity" and subsequently "Permanent changes from the registered monitoring plan", where applicable.

2: Scope: The validation opinion does not contain a confirmation that the changes do not require prior approval of the Board and the provisions of Appendix 1 of Project Standard apply to those corrections
Issue: The change of the substation to which the project activity is connected physically cannot be considered as "corrections". Such changes should be considered "Changes to the project design of a registered project activity" and subsequently, "Permanent changes from the registered monitoring plan", where applicable. The DOE shall provide validation opinion on the change accordingly, including a clarification whether the change was required by the grid or initiated by the project activity.
