Scope: The verification report does not provide the findings of the desk review and/or site visit? (If an on-site visit is not conducted, the DOE shall justify the rationale of the decision). (VVM v.1.2 para 221 (c)).
Issue: The monitoring period covers the period from 30 Nov 2010 to 29 Nov 2011, whereas the reported date of the site visit for the verification of this monitoring period is 18 Jan 2011 (page No. 7 and 29 of the Verification Report) which is in the middle of the monitoring period. The DOE is requested to provide an explanation as to why the site visit took place before the end of the monitoring period or otherwise rectify the inconsistency in case the date has been wrongly entered.
