The DOE is requested to determine whether the calculations of baseline GHG emissions and project GHG emissions have been carried out in accordance with the formulae and methods described in the applied methodology. (paragraph 360 and 376 (c) of the CDM VVS, version 02.0).
The DOE is requested to provide further information on how it verified the calculation of the baseline and project emissions as per the para 26 and para 44 of AMS-I.D. version 18 considering that the applied methodology defines the baseline emissions for the installation of greenfield power plants as equation (2) EGPJ,y = EGPJ,facility,y and the project emission calculated using the latest version of the "Tool to calculate project or leakage CO2 emissions from fossil fuel combustion".
