Submission incomplete:
The DOE has submitted an energy balance (reference Recovery_Boiler_Energy_Balance_2018_2019_2020). The PP/DOE are requested to:
i. Clarify correctness of the conducted energy balance considering that the calculated (a) total energy input (cells E17, G17 and K17) is equal to the total energy output (cells E28, G28 and K28) which indicates an ideal case scenario (i.e., a boiler efficiency of 100%) and (b) Net electricity generation (cells E24 and G24) are higher than the corresponding values applied for the ER calculations (2019 data: cell Q23 and 2020 data: cell Q23)
ii. Clarify the source data applied for the overall boiler efficiencies (cells E20 and G20),

In doing so, please note that the overall boiler efficiency (not theoretical/manufacturer) should be used to calculate heat generation output (GJ) and this amount is used together with the gross generation (GJ) to compute the operating electricity generator efficiency, and to compare the resulting value with manufacturer (theoretical) electricity generator efficiency.
