Issue: The DOE (VR page 15) states that during the present monitoring period, the EGGEN was 27,908.078 MWh, the EGAUX was 3,177.535 MWh and thus, the result of the net electricity exported should be (27,908.078 MWh - 3,177.535 MWh) 24,730.543 MWh that is 24% higher than the reported value from meter M2 (19,901.379 MWh). The DOE shall provide information on why there is a difference between the value obtained by meter M2 and the result of the calculation using meters M4, M3a, b, c, d.
