Further clarification is required on how the DOE verified that the error correction factor application on the monitored value of "ECy - Electricity consumed by the project activity devices in the monitoring period y" during 01/01/2020 to 05/06/2020 in accordance with VVS for PA v03.3 para 366.
It is verified that correction factors have been applied using the maximum value (0.5%) on 01/01/2020 to 05/06/2020 in accordance to VVS for PA v03.0 paragraph 366. However, this error factor application is not reflected in the submitted spreadsheets. Please refer to worksheet for monitored value and parameter for 2020.
