Submission incomplete:
1: Scope: The monitoring report does not contain information on calibration of monitoring instruments (frequency, relevant dates of calibration and/or validity) as specified by the monitoring methodology and the monitoring plan. (EB48 - Annex 68 paragraph 10 (a) (iv) & EB 54 Annex 34)
Issue:Page 14 of the Verification Report states that the main meter of the TG-3 was changed on 29.08.2011.The DOE is requested to clarify how it verified the same as there is no information on the new meter installed including the calibration details for the rest of the Monitoring Period (29.08.2011-31.12.2011).

2: Scope: The verification report does not indicate that the information provided in the monitoring report has been cross-checked with other sources such as plant log books, inventories, purchase records, laboratory analyses. (VVM v.1.2 para 208 (a) and (b))
Issue:Page 23 of the PDD (version 04),Table D.3 states that "Total electricity generated","Auxiliary Electricity" and "Net electricity" will be cross-checked with the quantity of flue gas generated and thereby the amount of steam generated in the WHRBs. The DOE is requested to provide further information on how it verified this.
