Scope: The verification report does not describe the implementation status of the project. (For project activities that consist of more than one site, the report shall clearly describe the status of implementation and starting date of operation for each site. Issue:The DOE is required to provide further details on how it has verified the implementation being consistent with the revised PDD, as page 2 and 6 of the revised PDD states that the lengths of the transmission line are 4.5 km (from lower plant to upper plant) and 3.4 km (from upper plant to DakNong Station), whereas the Monitoring report page 7 and the Verification report page 11 state that the lengths are 4.668 km (from lower to upper powerhouse) and 3.269 km (from upper Powerhouse to Dak Nong Station).
