The verification report (page 19) indicates that the calibration frequency for weighbridge Nos. 1 and 2 is annual, and the DOE (VR, page 24) concludes no calibration gaps were identified. However, the calibration records (verification report, page 23) show that weighbridge 1 was calibrated on 17/02/2017 and subsequently on 7/03/2018 instead of the due date of 18/02/2018, indicating a delayed calibration of 17 days. The DOE is requested to address this inconsistency. Please refer to the VVS-PA version 03, paragraphs 365–367 and 371.
