Submission incomplete:
The DOE is requested to clarify how it has complied with the CDM VVS for PAs, version 03.0, paragraph 367, which requires the DOE to confirm that the error has been applied:
(a) In a conservative manner, such that the adjusted measured values of the delayed calibration shall result in fewer claimed GHG emission reductions or net anthropogenic GHG removals;
(b) For all measured values taken during the period between the scheduled date of calibration and the actual date of calibration. In particular, the DOE is requested to explain how it has verified that the error factor has been applied to all the measured values with the delayed calibration in the ER calculation spreadsheet. In particular, to the measured values of electricity exports and imports for the period from Oct. 2015 to Aug. 2016 for SC 1347 and to the measured values of electricity imports for the same period from Oct. 2015 to Aug. 2016 for SC 1350.
