Scope: The verification report does not provide an assessment of the compliance with EB 52 Annex 60 'Guidelines for assessing compliance with the calibration frequency requirements' for the calibration delay. (VVM v.1.2 para 184 (a) (ii) & EB 52 Annex 60)
Issue:
The DOE shall explain how it has verified the compliance with paragraph 6 of EB 52 Annex 60 given that: (i) the calibration certificates for the low voltage meters were not available for the period 01/09/2010 to 29/09/2010 to determine the errors of the meters so that the method specified in paragraph 4 of EB 25 Annex 60 could be determined; and (ii) the 8 power meters located at the low voltage side were replaced by new power meters on 01 October 2010.
