Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: 1. The MR p46 reports that the option A default value is applied for the determination of flaring efficiency in the monitoring period; however, as per the uploaded spreadsheets, the option B: measure the flare efficiency is also applied to the period of 20/03/2019 – 30/09/2019. The PP/DOE are requested to clarify and address this lack of information as per paragraph 372 of the VVS for project activity.
2: 2. The PP/DOE are requested to address the issues below observed from the uploaded spreadsheets as per the paragraph 373 of the VVS for project activity:
a. The spreadsheets are not traceable to demonstrate how the formula sets and calculations are made, such as the columns C to W of the spreadsheets A.1 to A.8.
b. The spreadsheets A.1 to A.8 provide the summary of data in hour basis and do not show the details about the monitoring conducted in 2 minutes for the temporary deviation period (01/02/2019 – 19/03/2019) and 1 minute for the rest of period (20/03/2019 – 30/09/2019). Two-minute wise calculation (for the application of temporary deviation) and one-minute calculation (for the requirement of the flaring tool) are to be provided.
