1: Scope: The revised PDD does not contain a summary of impacts of the proposed or actual changes to the registered CDM project activity regarding: a) the applicability and application of the applied methodology under the project activity has been registered; b)compliance of the monitoring plan with the applied methodology; c) the level of accuracy and completeness in the monitoring of the project activity; d) the additionality of the project activity; e) the scale of the project activity, as per PS version 09.0 paragraph 292.


2: Scope: The revised PDD does not contain details on the effect on additionality as a result of the changes as per PS version 09.0 paragraphs 294 and 295.

3: Scope: The validation report does not contain an assessment on when the changes occurred, reasons for those changes taking place, whether the changes would have been known prior to registration of the project activity as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 326 (b).
