The DOE verified the date when the project was put into commercial operation as 01/01/2014 based on an on-site interview and by checking the Operation Log. However, the verification report also mentions that the document number 17 "natural gas invoices" were verified for the year 2013-2017. The DOE shall provide further information how it considered on site interview and operations log as sufficient evidences to verify the project implementation date considering that no third party documentary evidence was verified to confirm the comissioning of the gas turbines. Refer Para 338 of VVS version 03.0
