Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: Scope: The verification and certification report does not provide an assessment on whether the calibration of measuring equipments was conducted at a frequency specified by the applied methodology, the standardized baseline and/or the monitoring plan as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 400.
Issue: There is discrepancy of the replacement date of main meter 11070264 and check meter 11070337 at Ankireddipalli Substation. The monitoring report (page 8) states that the meters were replaced in March 2015, whereas the verification and certification report (page 16) mentions that they were replaced on 12/11/2013.
2: Scope: The verification and certification report does not provide a conclusion on the verified amount of emission reductions achieved nor/or confirm that appropriate methods and formulae for calculating baseline emissions, project emissions and leakage have been followed as per VVS version 09.0 paragraphs 403 (c) and 409 (j).
Issue: In responding to CAR01, the PP mentions that the current monitoring period starts from 01/01/2014 and the JMR and Invoice billing cycle starts from 24/12/2013. Hence PP has considered apportioning of generation data for the month of January 2014 to make it consistent with start date of current monitoring period. However, it is not evident from the ER sheet that there is apportioning for the month of January 2014.
