Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
1: As par PS-PA V 2.0 para 260 b , for each parameter, the project participants shall describe the equipment used to monitor each parameter, including details on accuracy class, and calibration information.
The PP is requested to describe all the meters involved in the monitoring of the net electricity supplied to the Indian regional grid. In doing so, PP shall: (i) clarify how the EGexport and EGimport for each WTG is obtained from those meters considering that MR only lists one main meter and one check mater whereas there are separate export and import values for each WTG; (ii) clarify the location of main and check meters, as page 8 of MR states that the main and check meters are installed at Pacchapur feeder whereas page 9 indicates that the energy main and check meters are installed at the project site; (iii) provide monitoring diagram which shows all the meters.
2: As per VVS 2.0 para 395 d, DOE shall report all its applied approaches, findings and conclusions on requirements for verification.
On page 16 of the VR, the DOE confirmed that "the installed equipment being essential for generating emission reduction runs reliably, however, delay in calibration observed which is addressed in line with para 366 (a) of CDM validation and verification standard for project activities, version 02.0;". The DOE is requested to clarify this statement as no delay was described in the MR, nor the VR.
