1: Scope: The spreadsheet does not contain explanation with regard to application of formulae in the spreadsheet.
Issue: The "Baseline data" sheet of the spredsheet provides two monthly volume of total recovered gas measured at point F. The spreadsheet clearly indicates that the one monthly value is the sum of the daily values. However, the spreadsheet does not provide information on the other monthly value which has used for the baseline calculation.

2: Scope: The verification and certification report does not state that the monitoring plan is in accordance with the applied approved methodology and, where applicable, the applied approved standardized baseline as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 388.
Issue: The section E.5 of verification report (p 7) ,"Compliance of monitoring plan with the monitoring methodology including applicable
tool and standardized baseline", states that "As per the applied methodology, monitoring shall consist of metering the electricity generated by the project activity. Continuous monitoring is done
through meters." However, the monitoring plan does not contain the monitoring of electricity generated by the project activity.
