Info Report Check
Submission incomplete:
Scope: The verification report does not list each parameter required by the monitoring plan and does not provide an statement on how the DOE verified the information flow (from data generation, aggregation, to recording, calculation and reporting) for these parameters including the values in the monitoring reports (VVS v2, para 236, 284 (e)).
Issue: The methodology (page 6) requires that "The correction factors derived from the calibration curve of the QAL2 audit for the monitoring components as determined during the QAL2-test in accordance with EN14181 must be applied to both the N2O concentration and the volume or mass flow of the tail gas". It is however noted that during this morning period, the correction factor applied to the Volumetric flow of the gaseous stream in time interval t on a dry basis (Vt,db, 0.941) as per column O of worksheet 03 Monitoring Parameters in the CER spreadsheet is different from the one applied for the pervious monitoring period (0.964). Both of these verified values refer to the same QAL2 conducted on 16/12/2011. Please provide further explanation on this.
