The PP/DOE are requested to further explain how the calculations of the combined margin have been carried out; in particular, the calculations of the OM and BM. In doing so, please: i) include the actual calculations (spreadsheet), assumptions and justifications and (ii) clarify how it is considered appropriate to apply grid data vintage from 2022 as the current monitoring period covers years 2019 and 2020.
