Scope: The verification report does not determine if the assumptions used in emission calculations have been justified and/or emission factors, default values and other reference values have been correctly applied. (VVS v5, para 245(d) and 246 (d))
Issue: The maximum permissible error applied for weigh bridges at Chanda plant and New Wadi plant due to delayed calibrations (i.e. 3%/100 in the ER spreadsheets) is not consistent with the one applied in the 1st and 2nd verifications (i.e. 3%). The DOE is requested to provide the information on how it has verified the maximum permissible error.
