As per paragraph 19 of the CDM project standard for project activities, the PP shall disclose sufficient and appropriate project activity-related information in a truthful manner to allow intended users to make decisions with reasonable confidence.

In addition, paragraph 19 (d) of the CDM validation and verification standard for project activities states that the DOE shall assess the accuracy, conservativeness, relevance, completeness, consistency and transparency of the information provided by the project participants.

1. Page 12 of the MR and pages 14-15 of VR state that the billing cycle for the month of October 2012 is from 17/10/2012 to 18/11/2012. However, the ER spreadsheet indicates different billing cycles for October-November 2012, e.g. in "Sheet1" the billing cycle is from 08/10/2012 to 08/11/2012, and in "Sheet2" there are different billing cycles depending on each WEG. The PP/DOE shall transparently report in the MR and the VR the correct billing cycle and provide the evidence.

2. The PP/DOE shall clearly describe acronyms "TIRU" and “UDU", used in the MR and ER sheet, which are not explained in the documents submitted for request for issuance.
