The applied version of the methodological tool "Tool to determine the mass flow of a greenhouse gas in a gaseous stream" states, on page 5, that it is necessary to demonstrate that the gaseous stream is dry to use the measurement option A by either measuring the moisture content to the gaseous stream or by demonstrating that the temperature of the gaseous stream is less than 60ºC (333.15 K) at the flow measurement point. However, there is no explanation in the monitoring report how this requirement was met.
