Issue 1: There is no information on the validity of the following certified gases used to conduct the calibrations of the gas analyzers: - Cylinder 45.15% CH4 n° K05601 supplied by Air Liquide - Cylinder 20.04% O2 n° K39551 supplied by Air Liquide (used as zero gas for calibrations between 01/01/2011-10/04/2011). - Cyliner 99.999% N2 supplied by Air Liquide (used as zero gas for calibrations between 11/04/2011-31/12/2011). - Cylinder 4.54% CH4 n° K05685 (used as zero gas for calibrations between 01/01/2011-10/04/2011).

Issue 2: There is no information if the measurements performed with the gas analyzers n°15557003 and n°15556997 from 14/01/2011 to 31/01/2011 and from 31/01/2011 to 07/02/2011 respectively, where conducted with a calibrated instrument (no calibration dates reported).

Issue 3: There is no information on the calibration conducted prior to 3 Jan 2011 to the gas analyzer n°15556996. There is no information on the calibration conducted prior to 3 Jan 2011 to the gas card n°697.
