Issue: The REVMP specifies that for the back-up diesel electricity generators operational time (Hdiesel) and Biomass steam boiler operational time (Hbiomass), meters will be subject to regular maintenance and testing regime to ensure accuracy. However, the Monitoring Report does not provide information on the calibration of the meters.
