Scope: The verification report does not provide an assessment of the compliance with EB 52 Annex 60 'Guidelines for assessing compliance with the calibration frequency requirements' for the calibration delay. (VVM v.1.2 para 184 (a) (ii) & EB 52 Annex 60)
Issue:
According to the monitoring report (p.45) and to the verification report (p.10 and p.12) , the calibration of the instruments labelled N47-Fl-5101 and N47-Al-5103 has been delayed. However the DOE did not provide an assessment of the compliance with the calibration frequency requirements for the calibration delay.
