Scope: The verification report does not state that the monitoring has been carried out in accordance with registered or the accepted revised monitoring plan. (VVM v.1.2 para 206 & 221(d))
Issue: According to the revised monitoring plan, the volume of LPG production (M_LPG) is "determined by calibrated weighbridge", and is cross checked with "daily readings of continuous flow meter". However, the monitoring report only mentioned that the parameter was monitored with weighbridge, and the verification report mentioned that the parameter is monitored by flow meter, and crosschecked with calibrated weighbridge. The DOE shall clarify the inconsistency in the submitted project documents.
