Issue: The DOE is requested to explain how it has determined if the assumptions used in emission calculations have been justified and/or emission factors, default values and other reference values have been correctly applied in line with the requirement of para 208 (d) & (e) given that the ex-ante values determined in the PDD and used in the emission reduction calculations are not reported in the verification report.
