1: The PS-PA ver. 03 (para 258) requires that the project participants shall describe the monitoring system and provide line diagrams (graphical schemes) showing all relevant monitoring points. However, the submitted monitoring report does not contain this information.
2: The verification (section D.2) indicates that the DOE conducted an on-site visit on 09/06/2022 whereas the Section E.3 concludes that all physical features were verified to be in place based on a remote site visit. The DOE is requested to (i) address this inconsistency (ii) provide the information on the evidences checked to confirm the project implementation and operation (start and continued) in line with the registered PDD as required by the para 354(a) of the VVS-PA ver. 03.
