The verification report in section E.8.6 mentions that the Emission Reduction (ER) value in the monitoring period is 1.06% higher as compared to the value estimated in the registered PDD. This variation is due to higher PLF achieved during current monitoring period.
The DOE shall provide further information in the verification report why it has not considered this change as permanent change considering that the change has impacted the entire first crediting period.

The DOE shall provide information in section E.10 of the verification report regarding the global stakeholder consultation considering that this is the request for the first monitoring period. Refer VVS Para 391.
