Submission incomplete:
1: A request for approval of a post-registration change may be suitable to be submitted under the issuance track (paragraph 246 of CDM-PS-PA v03) for changes to the monitoring of a registered CDM project activity that have no material impact on the applicability of the applied methodologies or the accuracy and completeness of the monitoring.
The project participant is requested to provide further information on the nature of the changes, in particular the inclusion of a new delivery point and addition of new meters, and to further clarify how the changes have no material impact on the applicability of the applied methodologies or the accuracy and completeness of the monitoring (CDM-PS-PA - para 1 of the appendix).

2: The DOE shall determine whether the permanent changes to the registered monitoring plan are in compliance with the applied methodologies and whether the changes are likely to lead to a reduction in the accuracy of the calculation of GHG emission reductions (CDM-VVS-PA v03)
