1: Scope: The verification and certification report does not describe the implementation status of the project as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 385 (a).
Scope: The verification report does not describe the reasons for the phased-implementation delay and/or does not present the expected implementation dates as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 385 (a).
Issue: The spreadsheet shows there are hours/days without any generation (for example 9 October 2012 - 31 December 2012). However, there is no information in the monitoring report or verification report regarding these days.
2: Scope: The verification and certification report does not provide an assessment on whether the calibration of measuring equipments was conducted at a frequency specified by the applied methodology, the standardized baseline and/or the monitoring plan as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 400.
Issue:
(a) The verification report reported that neither the approved PDD nor the applied methodology defines the calibration frequencies for electricity meters. Hence, the PP has adopted the calibration frequencies established by electrical meter manufacturers. However, there is no information on the calibration frequencies established by electrical meter manufacturers.
(b) The verification report has not reported/verified the calibration certificates CAM-IM1010-020007 and CAM-IM1010-020003 (both are for year 2010) that are reported in the monitoring report.
(c) There is also inconsistency in accuracy of meter that is reported: (i) monitoring report - accuracy of power meters with SN 102013561 and 102013562 is 0.2S; (ii) verification report - accuracy of power meters with SN 102013561 and 102013562 is 0.1. Please clarify.
3: Scope: The verification and certification report does not provide a conclusion on the verified amount of emission reductions achieved nor/or confirm that appropriate methods and formulae for calculating baseline emissions, project emissions and leakage have been followed as per VVS version 09.0 paragraphs 403 (c) and 409 (j).
Issue: The calculated emissions reductions are not rounded down for each commitment period. For commitment period 1 (up to 31 December 2012), the claimed emission reductions are 2214 tCO2, however if the emission reductions up to 31 December 2012 in the ER sheet (sheet "ER Calculation") are rounded down, the amount is not 2214 tCO2. For commitment period 2 (1 January 2013 onwards), the claimed emission reductions are 26,548 tCO2, however if the emission reductions from 1 January 2013 to 31 July 2015 in the ER sheet are rounded down, the amount is not 26,548 tCO2.
