Submission incomplete:
1: The spread sheet of grid emission factor is not submitted.


2: (1) The monitoring report does not include description of the following parameter OGH,y and OGP,y; BEH,y and BEP,y in page 49. The PP shall provide descriptions of each parameters applied in the ER formulas.
(2) The ER formulas are not complete. For example, calculating signs are missing in page 45 and one parameter of the formula is missing in page 46 of the monitoring report.


3: The titles of parameters applied in ER calculation are not consistent. For example, in page 43 of the monitoring report, (1) the formula of BEX,y refer to parameter OGX,y whereas the following is describing parameters OGH,y and OGP,y instead of OGX,y; (2) the formula of EFOC refers to parameters FCHIST, NCV, EFCO2 and HGOC,X , whereas the following is describing parameters “FCHIS”, “NCVHIS”, “EFCO2Gas” and “HGOC” instead. The DOE shall verify the consistency of information on each parameter.


4: Page 49 of the monitoring report describes that the baseline emissions of BEy is calculated as the minimum between BEH,y and BEP,y. However page 7 of applied methodology ACM0007 and page 42 of the PDD requires that the baseline emissions is to be calculated as per three identified cases . The DOE shall provide information on how it has verified the compliance of the ER calculation formulas with the applied methodology and PDD.


5: The DOE shall provide information on how it has verified and concluded the leakage as zero during this monitoring period. Please refer to page 9 – 11 of ACM0007 version 6.1
