Scope: The monitoring report does not contain a description of the equipment used to monitor each parameter including details on accuracy class and calibration information (frequency, dates of calibration and validity) as specified by the monitoring methodology and the monitoring plan. (PS v1, para 192 (b))
Issue: The calibration carried out by the PP for main meter(CT110-1) and backup meter(CT110-2) are dated 31/12/2013 and 24/10/2014, while the whole monitoring period is from 01/12/2013 to 30/11/2014. The DOE is requested to explain how it has verified that the calibration records cover the whole monitoring period.
