The verification report mentions in section E.7 that calibration records of meter M3 were not available, therefore maximum possible error is applied for the estimation of parameter EGimport,y. However, para 368 of VVS v03 requires that the DOE shall prior to finalizing verification, requests PP to conduct the required calibration. The DOE shall provide further information how it comply with the requirement of the VVS. Please also refer para 329 of the VVS v03 regarding application of materiality.
