Scope: The verification and certification report does not provide an assessment on whether the calibration of measuring equipments was conducted at a frequency specified by the applied methodology, the standardized baseline and/or the monitoring plan as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 400.
Issue: The verification report (p 39) states that the calibration of main meter with the serial number of 35415827 and the backup meter with the serial number of 102-0053298431 is valid till 2016/10/22. However, the monitoring report (p 16) states that "For Main meter at cell 3 Serial number 35415827 and backup meter at cell 3: January 28th 2014 and has a validity of 2 years (until January 27th 2016)." The DOE is required to provide further information on 1) if the validity in the monitoring report is correct, how it verified the calibration of the meter considering the montioring period is until 31 May 2016.
