Scope: The DOE has not certified in writing that the the project activity achieved the verified amount of emission reductions during the monitoring period as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 412.
Issue: The verification and certification report, Monitoring Report and ER spreadsheet state that during this monitoring period (01/04/2014 to 30/09/2015) the total amount of 19,768 tCO2 has been achieved by the project activity. However, the signed form (CDM ISS FORM) and the issuance requested submitted by the DOE state 60,588 tCO2. The DOE is requested to address this inconsistency.
