The DOE shall provide further information regarding the appropriateness of the values indicated in the spreadsheet for parameter "nflare,h". The formula in the spreadsheet does not link efficiency of the flare "nflare,h" with the parameter Tflare as required by the applied tool and the PDD. Refer Pg. 10 of the applied tool “Tool to determine project emissions from flaring gases containing methane” EB-28 Annex 13.

The DOE shall provide further information, how the PP has ensured compliance with the conditions specified in the applied tool and the PDD regarding the application of default flare efficiency considering that the parameter "temperature of the exhaust gas of the flare" (Tflare)" was recorded only every 30mins. Refer Pg. 30 of the PDD.
