The spreadsheet shall contain all parameters required to be monitored and reported at the intervals required by the registered monitoring plan and the applied methodologies.
The Monitoring Report (page 15-16) and the emission reductions spreadsheet have reported a “hy” (Number of hours of operation in year y) value of 8,219 and a “hr,y” value (For tertiary N2O abatement, Number of hours (h) in year y where the abatement system is by-passed, underperforming or failed) value of 97. However, it is observed that the summation of the reported values as reported in the worksheets related to the parameters “hy” and “hr,y” result in a value of 8,226 and 1,406, respectively. Kindly please clarify and rectify in case of inconsistency.
