The PP is requested to provide line diagrams (graphical schemes) showing all relevant monitoring points.
2: Paragraph 373(b) of VVS-PA:
The monthly JMRs issued by the state electricity board were cross-verified against invoices raised by PP. However, substantial discrepancies have been observed between the JMR and invoice values for export electricity. For example: (i) Period 1/4/2020-1/5/2020: The value in JMR is 776,350 kWh whereas the value in the invoice is 331,250 kWh; (ii) Period 1/9/2020-1/10/2020: The value in JMR is 579,300 kWh whereas the value in the invoice is 405,463 kWh. The DOE is requested to provide clarification on these substantial discrepancies.

The DOE is requested to explain how it has verified the baseline emissions correctly as the monitoring period ends on 31/12/2020 but the data used to calculate the baseline emissions include 01/01/2021.
