Submission incomplete:
1: The monitoring report (page 33) indicates that the maximum error for oxygen of 4% was applied due to delayed calibration for the non-conforming period whereas the verification report (page 30) indicates that a correction factor for oxygen of 0.3 was applied. The DOE is requested to address this inconsistency. (please refer to paragraph 366 of the VVS-PA, version 03.0).
2: The ER calculations workbook, tab “Data”, columns “N” and “O” (Exhaust gas temperature and CH4 Content in Flue Gas respectively), show some negative monitored values. The DOE is requested to further verify the appropriateness of the monitored values considering that they are negative. (please refer to paragraphs 364 and 395(e) of the VVS-PA, version 03.0).
