Submission incomplete:
1: Comparison of the ERs actually achieved and the ex ante ERs estimated in the PDD is not consistent with the description provided in other parts of the monitoring report.
Section E.5 of the monitoring report has a table in which it is shown that the achieved ERs are lower than the ex ante ERs. Elsewhere in the report, it is mentioned that the achieved ERs are higher than the ex ante ERs.

2: Difference between the ERs actually achieved and the ex ante ERs estimated in the PDD is not explained consistently.
(1) Section E.8.5 of the verification report cites Section E.5 of the monitoring report as the 'Means of verification' for explaining the difference between achieved ERs and ex ante ERs. Section E.5 of the monitoring report has a table in which it is shown that the achieved ERs are lower than the ex ante ERs, whereas in the verification report it is mentioned that the achieved ERs are higher than the ex ante ERs. Thus the 'Means of verification' contradicts what is being verified.

(b) In the 'Conclusion' of Section E.8.5 of the verification report, it is explained that annual rainfall was 22.23% higher in the current monitoring period compared to the previous monitoring period and this is cited as the reason for actual ERs being higher than the ex ante ERs. However, in the 'Conclusion' of Section E.8.6 of the verification report, it is explained that annual rainfall was 18.8% higher in the current monitoring period compared to the previous monitoring period . This is not consistent with what is said in Section E.8.5.

(c) It is not clear why rainfall is compared across two monitoring periods when the ERs are not being compared across two monitoring periods.
