Scope: The verification and certification report does not state that the monitoring has been carried out in accordance with registered or the revised monitoring plan as per VVS version 09.0 paragraph 392.
Issue: The monitoring report on page 19 has mentioned that the new AMS with QAL 1 was installed on 20/09/2016. The MR on the same page also refers to the PRC with temporary deviation approved by the Board on 24/04/2016, which is required as per the EB guidance from paragraph 100 of the EB 47 report. However it has been observed that the deviation period approved in the deviation referred is from 27/06/2014 to 31/05/2016 whereas the current period under verification is from 27/06/15 - 26/08/16. The DOE shall provide further information on how it concludes that for the period between 31/05/2016 to 26/08/2016, the AMS used for measurement complies with the requirement of the methodology.
