Submission incomplete:
1: VVS-PA Para 361(b) and 374(b)
Verification report does not provide information on how the DOE verified and cross-checked the monitoring of parameters CAPPJ and APJ. Refer VVS-PA Para 361(b) and 374(b).
2: VVS-PA Para 354(a)
As per table 5 of the monitoring report, the accuracy class of all meters is 0.2S, while, as per the statement on page 13, the accuracy class of main meter is 0.2S, backup meter is 0.5S and for meters M2 to M6 it is class 1 or class 2. The PP is therefore requested to provide correct details on accuracy class of all meters and DOE is requested to explain how it confirmed that the meters used for monitoring are installed in line with the approved monitoring plan. Refer Para 354(a) of VVS-PA version 3.0
3: VVS-PA Para 373 (b)
As per the ER spreadsheet, for August 2018, the net electricity exported to the grid and net electricity imported from the grid have been manually filled. The DOE is requested to explain how it has cross-checked the net unit values for the period considering the invoices from EVN and local Gia Nghia Electricity Company correspond to data for the entire month. Refer Para 373 (b) of VVS-PA, version 3.0.
