The monitoring for the project starts from 04/08/2016. As per the ER spreadsheet, for 2016, the electricity exported to the grid has been manually filled. The DOE is requested to explain how it has cross-checked the electricity generation for the period considering Monthly Invoicing Report “Informe de Facturación Definitiva” by CDEC-SIC and Energy invoices by Hidromaule S.A. correspond to data for the entire month. Refer Para 373 (b) of VVS-PA, version 3.0.
