Submission incomplete:

1. In page 5 to 6 of Verification Report, the DOE states that it has not conducted on-site inspection due to the Covid-19 pandemic as well as the PP's commitment to deliver CERs and applied alternative measures of verification in place of mandatory on-site inspections. However, in page 7, the DOE states that “during the physical on-site visit, the verification team checked the implementation status of the project activity as well as the monitoring equipment”. The DOE is requested to clarify.

2. The DOE states that “there is an ERPA with due date to deliver the CERs, which if not accomplished, will bring significant financial losses to the PP. Therefore, the audit could not be postponed.” However, the ERPA is not listed as references in the Verification Report. The DOE is requested to provide further information on how it validated the CER delivery commitment by the project participant as per the para 26(b) of EB 106 report by providing ERPA.

3. According to page 2 of Monitoring Report and page 3 of Verification Report, the project is located in Melado River Basin, Chile and the geo coordinate of the powerhouse is N 6029850, E 313650 (UTM, ZONE 19 S DATUM WGS 84). However, this geo coordinate seems to indicate to a different location from Chile. Therefore, the DOE shall provide further information on how it verified the location and implementation of the project activity as per the PDD by describing the alternative means used and justifying that they are credible and sufficient for the purpose of verification as per the para 26(c) of EB 106 report considering that the given geo coordinates does not show any power plants.
