The revised PDD (section B.7.1 and Appendix 7) has reported changes in QA/QC monitoring process for the monitoring parameter of electricity supplied to the grid (i.e. crosscheck the measurement data against historical public data registered by the national Electrical Coordinator). The DOE is required to provide the validation opinion on this change as per the applied methodology (ACM0002 ver. 12) which requires to cross check measurement results with records for sold electricity since the DOE did not provide any validation opinion.
