Scope: The monitoring report/spreadsheet does not contain all parameters required to be monitored and/or reported at the intervals required by the monitoring plan and the applied methodology.
Issue: The monitoring report/emission reductions calculation spreadsheet do not contain the following parameters reported at the intervals required by the monitoring plan and the applied methodology:
- Total amount of landfill gas captured and flared (LFGtotal,y)
- Methane fraction in the landfill gas (wCH4,y)
- Monitoring parameters utilized in the calculation of the flare efficiency (FVi,h, tO2,h, fvCH4, FG,h and Tflare).
