Submission incomplete:
1: On page 14 of the verification report, the DOE verified that the electricity supplied by the 4 WTGs located in Rajasthan is measured at the substation and that monthly electricity billing receipts are given by Rajasthan Electricity Board. However, the verification did not contain any information on the monitoring of electricity at the WTG site using energy meter as per the monitoring plan of the registered PDD which states that electricity exported will be measured at the WTG site using energy meters and be cross checked with the invoices received from respective state electricity boards. Therefore, the DOE is requested to further verify whether the electricity supplied, by the 4 WTGs located in Rajasthan, has been monitored as per monitoring plan of the registered PDD by providing measurement of electricity at each WTGs. (Please refer to VVS-PA ver. 3 para 360).


2: The monitoring plan of the registered PDD (p37 – 38) states that the meters equipped to each WTG shall be calibrated on a regular basis as per standard norms. However in Appendix 5, the DOE has reported the calibration only one set of main and back-up meter for the 2 WTGs located in Tamil Nadu. Therefore, the DOE is requested to provide further information on how it verified the calibration of the meters equipped to each WTGs in Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu as per the monitoring plan by providing the technical details of the all the electricity meters installed in each of the WTGs including their calibration dates.
